[Lynae cosplay] Lynae Swimsuit & Mint Candy Themed Shoot Under the Summer Sun

This time, I'm sharing a cosplay photoshoot centered on the Lynae Swimsuit and Lynae mint candy theme, primarily showcasing a Gyaru upperclassman style by the poolside in summer. To complement the oceanic feel of the light blue bikini and translucent sheer tulle, we specially scouted an outdoor swimming pool with real water surfaces. During the shoot, reflections from the water evenly bounced natural light onto the face, giving the skin an exceptionally translucent look. The denim shorts and thigh strap paired with the bikini were focal points of the styling—especially the distinct design of the right thigh strap, which required precise angles to showcase clearly. For hair and makeup, the blonde-to-green gradient long wig and cyan dot eye makeup took considerable time to refine; to recreate the refreshing, crystalline essence of the mint candy theme, subtle shimmer was deliberately added to the tip of the nose and eyelids. The sun was very bright during the shoot, bathing the entire frame in a luminous and clear ambiance. Although walking along the water's edge in sandals throughout the session was tiring, we took numerous repeated shots to capture the fleeting moments of the sheer tulle billowing in the breeze. Additionally, the fabric of this costume is delicate—the lightweight tulle skirt easily snags on poolside branches or tile edges, demanding extra caution during movements to avoid damage. Between takes, I constantly touched up makeup and wiped away sweat to keep my face fresh and clean. This shoot deepened my love for this Lynae look, especially the swimsuit's tailored cut that hugs curves beautifully. To flatter the silhouette, I paid close attention to center-of-gravity control while posing. In the first and second shots, I focused on cute expressions, making peace signs toward the lens. By the third shot, I sat on the pool edge with my leg lifted high—a pose demanding strong balance, and because the thigh strap was cinched a bit tightly, I adjusted it immediately after wrapping that set. Looking at the final photos, enduring the blazing sun was completely worth it. This blend of subtle, edgy sensuality with a mint-candy-like cool palette, true to her distinctive personality, makes it impossible to look away. After a full day of effort, the resulting images not only showcase the character's charm but also capture the sheer fabric's luminous translucency under outdoor light and shadow. It was a truly special shoot that highlighted the breathtaking impact of cosplaying in natural environments.
