For this Wuthering Waves Chisa swimsuit shoot, I chose a pink-and-white checkered style. To better restore the character's summer atmosphere, a beach scene was set up in the studio, with surfboards and a plant wall in the back and sand spread underfoot. This outfit has quite a few details: the pink ribbon on the sailor hat, the cross straps on the neck, and the ruffles and 3D flower sleevelets on the arms. I carefully arranged all of them before the shoot to ensure they wouldn't look messy in front of the lens. In terms of makeup, Chisa's iconic red eyes were the focus; I chose high-color-rendering contact lenses, used reddish eyeshadow for smudging around the eyes, added glitter to highlight the inner corners of the eyes, and chose a glossy red lip to maintain a good complexion under strong light. The wig was chosen as long black straight hair with blunt bangs; to add a sense of layering, two strands of hair were also braided into thin braids and wrapped with pink ribbons. During the shoot, the lighting was extremely abundant, giving that artificial summer sunshine feel. In the first picture, I am half-reclining on a white beach chair with a yellow inflatable cushion underneath, mainly wanting to showcase the leg lines. The pink-and-white short skirt paired with strap-on high-heel sandals can visually elongate proportions. Hand gestures involved gently holding the brim of the hat or resting on the legs, maintaining a lazy and relaxed posture. For the close-up in the second picture, I am holding a volleyball in front of my chest; this action can use the arms to partially block the view, drawing attention to the face. The red eyes gaze directly into the lens, paired with slightly parted lips, giving an innocent yet slightly seductive feel. The prop volleyball is blue, yellow, and white, echoing the color of the background surfboard. The third picture is a standing pose, holding a transparent yellow swimming ring in hand. The swimming ring is printed with seahorse and fish patterns, perfectly fitting the summer theme. When standing, one leg is slightly bent with the weight on the other leg, making it look a bit more natural. My left hand gently touches the collar around my neck, adding a slight sense of constraint. The props on-site were very rich—little yellow ducks, cooler boxes, and various swimming rings. Actually, placing these was also to enrich the frame and make the whole setup look more lively and grounded. Although shot indoors, I wanted to try my best to create a seaside vacation feel. This shooting experience was quite interesting, and I hope to express Chisa's trait of being both fresh and slightly sexy.
