This time, I brought Tang Wutong's Clear Sky Hammer to a real studio, and I can finally gather all the gear at once to produce photos. The main body of the hammer was customized by a prop master, which took a lot of effort from modeling to painting and polishing. The blue light effect in the center of the disc used a whole LED light strip hidden inside the mold this time. The brightness when turned on can even light up the carpet under my feet, saving a lot of fill-light work in post-processing. The blue-purple gradient wig was dyed bit by bit from the top to the ends. To keep the high ponytail shape intact, two layers of crimped hairpieces were padded inside so that it holds its volume and won't collapse when the wind blows for this Blue hair cosplay look. As for the costume, the glossy blue fabric reflects light too strongly; if the light angle is wrong, it looks cheap. Therefore, the gaffer in the studio asked to repeatedly adjust the lamp positions. Ultimately, a method of wrapping the main light with soft lights on both sides was used to slightly tone down the metallic texture of the chest armor plates, making the overall look closer to the crisp, combat-ready feel of the original setting. The flower petals scattered on the floor were superimposed after editing materials; the original photo is clean, so there will be no out-of-character slip-ups. Shooting with this heavy weapon is a true test of standing posture. It can't actually press against the wooden floor to avoid scratches, so it can only be held suspended using core strength while keeping the posture graceful. The venue chosen features Chinese-style wooden lattice doors, windows, and an old carpet, which actually forms a great sense of layering when clashing with the blue and white color scheme, offering an ancient style scene with more storytelling than a solid color backdrop. Taking advantage of the fact that the light hasn't completely dimmed, I took several more sets of close-ups. My state was spot on today; the raw photos are so good they can be used directly for a stunning Soul Land 2 presentation.
