The sunlight of the Spring Equinox fell perfectly on the golden rice fields; this natural color tone is simply the perfect scene to restore the agile spirit of Shu. To capture the grand artistic conception of a "dragon soaring in the sky," I put a lot of thought into the layering of the wig styling and the dynamic balance of the long tail, especially hoping to make the texture of the dragon appear more natural within the wide field of view. For this Arknights shoot, I cared deeply about the interaction between the costume and the environmental light, choosing to capture this cinematic sense of narrative at the most beautiful moment of light and shadow. Resonating with the character in the fields is not just a restoration of the costume, but also a deep interpretation of the power and spirit behind the character. The polishing of every detail, from the complex headpiece combination to the drape of the costume, is all to make this grand chapter about the "dragon" come to life in the lens. That texture rising and falling in the wind and the colors shimmering in the sunlight are exactly what restore the character's nobility and agility. This visual expression at the collision of traditional elements and modern aesthetics is also the creative direction I have always pursued. I hope every friend who sees these photos can feel this resonance from the earth and the sky. Through this creation, I felt more profoundly the sense of power brought by the fusion of the character and the environment.
