The shooting pace for this Marisa Kirisame cosplay photo set was quite brisk, focusing primarily on eye contact and prop interaction. The silhouette of the Witch hat was adjusted several times; in particular, the black hat with white lace trim, accented with a purple bow and a yellow five-pointed star on the side, gave a high degree of fidelity from the test fitting. For the wig, I selected light blonde curls, permed with fluffy roots and styled into double braids on both sides, making the overall head proportion much more balanced. For makeup, taking the character's eye shape into account, I elongated the outer corners of the eyes and picked contact lenses to deepen the gaze, resulting in striking catchlights straight out of the camera. During the shoot, I held a red apple; because the apple's smooth surface reflected light noticeably, angle control was crucial. While holding the apple, I relaxed my fingers as much as possible, gently supporting the base with my fingertips to prevent tension in my knuckles. The photographer utilized a wide aperture to blur out the background, focusing sharply on facial details and the apple's texture in the foreground for a cleaner composition. Because the collar and cuffs feature extensive lace ruffles that could easily look messy with dynamic poses, I stuck to relatively static poses, conveying emotion through facial expressions and eye lines alone. The wooden texture of the background paired with warm lighting cultivated a wonderful fairy-tale atmosphere. The wand/cane prop served mainly in the second photo to enhance the composition and add richness. All in all, this was a straightforward yet meticulous shoot; I truly enjoyed this detail-oriented creative process, and I'm very grateful for the photographer's patience in capturing the lighting angles.
