The exhibition event for Genshin Fes Day 3 has just wrapped up, and the popularity on-site today was sky-high. Right from the morning entry, you could feel a dense anime atmosphere. As a cosplayer who frequently participates in offline events, my experience at this Genshin Fes was exceptionally great. Whether it was the exhibition sets set up by the official team or the on-site lighting atmosphere, everything was perfectly suited for photographic creation.
Today I also ran into many excellent fellow cosplayers. Everyone not only put immense care into their makeup and styling details, but each person's temperament and style were grasped perfectly. On Day 3, you could hear plenty of communication and interaction among fellow fans everywhere on-site—exchanging merchandise or mutually guiding each other on shooting angles. This pure resonance between anime enthusiasts made me feel especially warm. Just as I mentioned in my post, I managed to take photos of many breathtaking cosplayers; though I can't name all of them, their level of dedication to shaping their characters made me deeply feel everyone's love for this work.
While sorting through the photos this time, I paid special attention to the texture of the garments and their color expressions. Whether it was golden wigs, stylings with icy blue tones, or that refreshing white-and-green color scheme, under the live shooting environment of the anime convention, the textures presented turned out exceptionally well. Coupled with the intersection of diverse natural and artificial light sources on-site, this allowed us to enrich the display of gilded patterns on the costumes and the highlight details of gemstone jewelry when shooting convention photos. For photography, grasping the rhythm of light and shadow on-site is actually quite challenging, but the atmosphere today was simply incredible, everyone was highly cooperative, and I couldn't stop pressing the shutter.
Of course, besides photography, an offline event also serves as a social window. Wandering around the venue, I often heard passing convention attendees praise today's makeup for being neat and crisp, and some would proactively ask about the shooting angles and postures. Through communicating with fellow fans, I also learned many new ideas regarding post-color grading and composition. For me, casual cosplay is never just about simply throwing on clothes; it's much more about understanding style and atmosphere—it's a great opportunity for self-expression and creation.
Being able to leave behind so many beautiful images from this Genshin Fes Day 3 can be considered a great start to this year's exhibition events. Every time I attend a Genshin Impact cosplay related offline event, it feels incredibly stress-relieving. In the new year, I hope to keep up this passion and participate more in high-quality offline expos like this. Whether you are a photographer, a booth owner, or a regular visitor, I believe meeting at the venue is a kind of destiny. Today's itinerary was very fulfilling; though my body is a bit exhausted, my mind feels completely enriched.
Finally, a huge thank you once again to all the fellow cosplayers who coordinated with the shoots on-site today, as well as the staff members who worked hard to set up the venue and maintain order. I look forward to having opportunities in the future to go to even more interesting offline events with everyone and record more wonderful and meaningful moments. That's all for the organization of this set of convention photos. I wish everyone a shining new year in the fields they love!
