[Amiya cosplay] Arknights Detective Bunny: Sharing Memories from CPG Anime Convention

Preparing this Arknights Amiya outfit took a lot of thought and effort. The blue plaid skirt fabric is structured and stiff, paired with brown leather suspenders and a waist chain that added depth and tactile quality, complemented by tailored straps wrapped around the leg. The bunny ears atop the head are quite large and remarkably photogenic, though navigating the dense crowds of the convention required constant care. Posing with the magnifying glass and vintage newspaper demanded precise hand control to convey an authentic detective vibe before the camera. The lighting inside CPG anime convention was quite complex, filled with competing overhead and colored illumination. Huge thanks to the photographer for utilizing a Viltrox lens with a wide aperture, framing fantastic half-body and full-body compositions against the flower wall and stained glass backdrop. Seated poses were surprisingly exhausting, demanding continuous readjustments of the skirt pleats, sock alignment, and belt orientation to keep the leg lines looking natural and sleek. To channel the character's persona, I experimented with winks, handing over newspapers, and interactive gestures. This shoot proved to be great hands-on practice, with post-processing focusing primarily on color balance to harmonize the blue wardrobe with the vibrant stained glass.
