Taking advantage of a sunny day, I went to a water park to shoot a set of Swimsuit cosplay photos; natural light is truly the best filter. Combining the atmosphere of the Firefly ACG Expo this time, I directly chose a red two-piece swimsuit. To increase the 2D anime attributes, I specially matched it with a golden twin-tail wig with orange-red highlights, plus a red beret, making the overall color tone very unified. In terms of makeup, to cope with outdoor strong light and possible water play, the base makeup and setting were done solidly, with eyeshadow and blush heavily utilizing the red family, paired with red circle lenses, wanting to highlight an energetic yet slightly playful feeling.

The shooting scene mainly revolved around white outdoor lounge chairs, and the white background happened to completely set off the saturation of the red swimsuit and hat, creating an intense color contrast. Regarding props, aside from the basic neck strap, that red whistle was a wonderful embellishment. Putting the whistle directly in my mouth in the first photo not only enriched facial expressions but also brought a lively lifeguard vibe. The red sports waist pack at the waist was also deliberately matched, printed with the white word "SPORT", which not only increased the garment's layering but also made this swimsuit visually lean towards an athletic leisure style, providing a place for hands to leverage and pose during shooting.

In pose design, because it was on a lounge chair, the space for play was actually quite large. When sitting, like in the fourth photo, crossing legs and extending them towards the camera, resting the chin in hands, and leaning slightly forward can visually elongate the leg lines nicely, making the whole person look very relaxed and natural. If kneeling, it could be like the first photo, using both hands to hold the brim of the hat with a straight back, which directly showcases body curves. There is also the posture of lying prone on the chair with the upper body leaning forward, showcasing the contour lines of the back and waist. In outdoor photography, candid or dynamic snapshots are often more vivid than rigid poses; sunlight hits the body, and the shadows formed on the white chair also increase the frame's three-dimensional feel.

The water park's environment is actually quite complex; the background features thick-rope-woven protective nets, thatched parasols, distant trees, and pools, and these elements just happened to form a scene with a strong vacation vibe. Shooting under strong light makes eye control critical; you must dare to stare straight into the camera, coordinating with slightly parted lips to convey relatively tense emotions. The wig truly needs constant maintenance outdoors, especially when turning around or lowering the head, as twin-tails get messy easily, so I kept smoothing the hair during shooting breaks. Although shooting under the scorching sun consumed a lot of physical energy, seeing this high-saturation color collision and refreshing frame feel in the finished photos made all previous hard work completely worth it. This kind of fusion between daily-leaning swimsuit coordination and 2D anime styling can also be considered a very refreshing attempt in comic convention event photos.
