The cherry blossoms at Chenshan are indeed in full bloom, and paired with today's clear blue sky, the air carries a sweet scent of spring. This time, I chose Sora's daily school uniform style to complement this Cherry blossom outdoor scene, and simply walking under the cherry blossom trees felt very relaxing. The top is an off-white knit sailor-collar style, paired with a light-colored plaid pleated skirt and a dark brown vintage leather handbag. Along with the twin tails at the ends of my hair and black satin ribbons, the overall feel is close to the character's soft aura, and the gentle breeze this time just happened to add a lot of atmosphere.
The wind was stronger than expected, and when it blew up my hair and skirt hem, that light, breathable feeling actually suited the occasion perfectly. At the exact moment I looked back, the photographer captured the light and shadow incredibly accurately, beautifully combining the dynamic motion of my wind-blown hair with the gentleness of the cherry blossoms. In fact, many of my favorite shots during the shoot came from these casual moments—it just so happened that the wind blew, and the petals scattered.
Since it was a bright daytime environment, to avoid harsh light spots, I slightly adjusted my positioning angle to allow a soft transition on my face. When shooting this kind of bright-styled set, I tried to keep my expression management in a relaxed, everyday state without needing too much expressiveness. Against the backdrop interwoven with spring cherry blossoms and the lawn, maintaining a sense of ease was the core idea of this Cosplay photography session. Although it was just simple interaction, combined with the photographer's precise snapshots to capture those natural light and shadows, it felt like more than enough.
Shooting such a set in spring truly offers a wonderful experience of cross-dimensional dialogue with the character. What I love is not just the romance of the cherry blossoms themselves, but also the vitality unique to this season. The Spring outfit and the environment blend very naturally; there is no need to deliberately strike complex poses—just standing there as the wind blows feels very close to the original setting.
