This blue and white sailor suit paired with a navy pleated skirt worn by Ajitani Hifumi is a highly recognizable casual outfit setting in Blue Archive. Taking advantage of the perfect weekend lighting, I decided to shoot a slice-of-life photo set in an outdoor children's playground area. The jacket is a loose white zip-up with drawstrings, highlighted by a bright yellow bow at the collar, while the white flower embroidery on the skirt hem and the lace trim at the bottom add a girlish touch. What satisfies me the most is this duck backpack with high character accuracy. It's not just a prop for a commemorative photo; its three-dimensional texture is excellent, with very delicate painting on the eyes, blush, and beak, making it a real standout when placed in the bottom left corner as a prop. Although the yellow halo on top of my head is light, it really tests your balance when it's windy outdoors. It tilts with the slightest movement, requiring constant adjustments and angle checks. Fortunately, the natural light environment this time was amazing. The soft rim lighting beautifully outlined my hair strands and the highlights along my cheeks, creating a very translucent, filter-like effect. To make the scene closer to a real school daily outfit vibe, I intentionally took off my white sneakers and stepped barefoot onto the playground's rubber matting, casually leaving my shoes to the side. This makes the shot look more natural and relaxed, with a touch of casual charm. The pose in the third picture, with my finger resting on my chin, was actually a little spontaneous inspiration on site. Combined with the twin-tails' hair color and the reddish-brown eye makeup, it gives the overall expression a slightly dorky and playful look. During the process of shooting this four-photo combo, I intentionally slowed down the pace, wanting to present Hifumi's unhurried, laid-back vibe. Parents walking by with their kids would look at me curiously, especially because of that big duck bagβ€”many children found it very novel and loved it. Actually, good anime-style photography is about capturing these slice-of-life moments, not forcing poses, but seamlessly blending the character's personality traits into the current environment as much as possible. In terms of lighting and composition, I specifically chose a shallow depth of field and a wide aperture to soften the white circular railings and greenery in the distance, focusing the visual center on the sailor suit, the glowing yellow single halo, and that kawaii backpack. Combined, these elements form this outdoor ecological record belonging to Blue Archive's Hifumi, vivid and full of anime flavor. Next up, I'm ready to import the images for some final fine-tuning.
