Although the wind today was a bit strong and blew my wig into a slight mess, I was really happy to capture such sunny photos at the anime convention site. The outfit's wings and accessories were specially custom-made for this event—especially the green ring ornament on the chest and the white flower on my head, which required several positional adjustments to reach the ideal effect. Holding white lilies as props while shooting under outdoor natural light on the ground, the light contrast was quite high, so not much retouching was done in post-processing to preserve the soft feel captured by the lens during Outdoor photography. When walking around, the side ribbons and wings on this costume sway with the wind; although the overall look leans toward lightness and a sacred feel, carrying the wings along with the full set of metal hardware is actually quite heavy. Trying out Venti cosplay's short hair paired with bright blue braided pigtails for the first time as a Female cosplayer, I unexpectedly found it fits the character's playful demeanor wonderfully. Although this is a set of mostly static photography, in my mind I had already silently imagined many meme reactions. Looking back at these Convention photos, I feel we captured a bit of the sprite's freedom and ethereal essence; the bustle of the anime convention collides with these quiet and gentle visuals in a very interesting way.
