Photos holding a letter set the stage for this shoot, where what touched me most was the tailoring and color palette of this outfit. The brown oversized coat not only carries a substantial drape with wide cuffs, but its surface is also lined with gold grid lines that show a beautiful metallic luster up close. Inner layering features a blue-and-white gingham skirt contrasted against a massive white bowtie at the collar, while the headpiece—composed of a white ribbon bow and long slender antennae—serves as the true soul of the entire look.

Having collaborated with photographer WiFi many times, he adjusted camera angles with extreme flexibility this time. To showcase the dynamic energy of this outfit, we experimented extensively during framing. Particularly in Photo 6's balanced one-legged stance, finding my center of gravity repeatedly while maintaining a relaxed facial expression took multiple tries, as we needed to capture the natural drop of the skirt along with the overall silhouette of slouch socks and platform black leather shoes. Photo 5's one-legged hop required similar bodily poise. When shooting oversized, broad coats, never just stand stiffly; opening your arms wide or taking a one-legged leap like this allows the coat to spread out, giving the frame dynamic tension without looking bulky.

Switching between high and low camera angles solved the issue of relatively flat indoor spaces. In indoor settings with floor tiles and pillars, shooting continuously at eye level can feel monotonous. Utilizing high-angle overhead shots and low-angle look-ups allowed the photographer to perfectly incorporate the pieced gingham skirt details and leg lines into the composition. Indoor lighting required true technical skill; key light coming from the left left subtle natural shadows across the cheek, enhancing facial contour depth. Floating white particle effects added in post-processing imparted a crisp, wintery atmosphere reminiscent of snowy days without feeling distant, perfectly matching the character's innate lightness.

For hair and makeup prep, I specifically chose blue-green contact lenses to brighten my gaze while keeping eye makeup very light, focusing on base makeup clarity to balance the coat's dominant color and make the overall demeanor feel more translucent. The weather was actually quite chilly during the shoot; to maintain the look, the coat had to stay unbuttoned to reveal the inner gingham skirt and bowtie. Though cold, the visual outcome met all expectations. Within the ensemble, I especially loved the pairing of slouch socks and thick-soled leather shoes, which delivered a vintage preppy charm laced with a playful, mischievous touch.

Regarding the character's disposition, despite lacking complex narrative backstories, this look conveys a quirky, eccentric vibe filled with a hint of mysterious vitality. Throughout the Cosplay photography session, I kept my gaze focused and facial expressions natural, avoiding exaggerated expressions, as the costume's design was already rich enough. Through this photo set, I hoped to convey this nimble, relaxed state rather than a dull, rigid pose.

The entire set was unified in a cool blue-gray color tone, preserving real material textures during color grading without heavy skin smoothing so that fabric weaves and plush textures remained clearly visible. Special thanks go to the photographer's technical expertise in capturing many spontaneous moments, especially Photo 6's freeze-frame—where my posture was both expanded and balanced—making it the quintessential shot that best embodies this Flutterpage cosplay style.
