Cosplaying three distinct looks at the ZCZ Zhengzhou Animation & Game Carnival this time made for an exceptionally fulfilling experience. Starting with the first black-haired, white-and-gold ensemble: the fabric quality of this outfit was superb, especially the gold high-neck choker and the flame-shaped crown perched on my head. The crown was handcrafted from EVA foam and lightweight clay, spray-painted in gold and white so it wouldn't strain my neck even after hours of wear. To match the imposing aura, I deliberately chose crimson contact lenses, heavily winging out the outer corners of my eye makeup, which, paired with large hoop earrings, conveyed a striking, commanding presence. The red rhinestone nails added refined detail whenever I held props or struck poses, while black detached sleeves and gold armlets served as brilliant accent pieces.

The second look featured a sleek silver-white long straight wig paired with beast ears, with key emphasis placed on wig styling and headpiece anchoring. Because the wig was quite long and prone to tangling, it required regular comb-throughs across the convention hall. The animal-ear accessories were secured firmly with internal bobby pins and hairnets, staying rock-solid all day. The costume followed a red-and-black color palette, highlighted by a radiant ruby choker around the neck. Plant-vine tattoo stickers on the chest echoed the butterfly tattoo on the collarbone to enrich visual detail. The eye makeup leaned toward soft pink-orange hues, complemented by red forehead markings and elongated red claws, making chin-resting poses look incredibly photogenic.

The third styling embraced a pale-blonde updo, featuring elaborate forehead jewelry and neckpieces. The golden choker was adorned with numerous circular coin pendants that jingled softly with every step. The golden flame-and-feather chest prop was an undeniable eye-catcher; because the garment featured a plunging V-neckline, secure undergarments and wardrobe-slip precautions were paramount, stabilized with clear shoulder straps and apparel tape. To harmonize with this attire, I swapped to pale-green contact lenses and warm peachy-orange eyeshadow to enhance an exotic aura. The pearl-and-coin bracelet on my wrist was another handpicked accessory find.

Meeting so many fellow enthusiasts on site to exchange photo stamps and take pictures made for an incredible atmosphere. Since the venue was massive, cycling through three full costume changes took considerable physical stamina, but seeing the resulting photos made it completely worthwhile. In terms of posing direction, I adjusted my demeanor according to each outfit's style—the first channeled cold detachment, the second languid allure, and the third refined elegance. Convention lighting is notoriously tricky, so I recommend scouting spots with cleaner backgrounds or finding lighting supplemented by bounce reflectors. Every costume and prop setup requires painstaking dedication—from wig trims to garment tailoring, all aimed at bringing the character to life with utmost fidelity. I hope these insights offer helpful inspiration to fellow cosplay lovers.
